ALS Surveyors are an independent Chartered Building Surveyors based in Cornwall and covering the whole of Cornwall. 

We are experienced building surveyors and cover all aspects of building surveying, specialising in inspection, surveys, project management and Party Wall matters.

Cornish born and bred we have knowledge of all local housing types having worked within Cornwall throughout our working lives. We have worked for various large and regional surveying and architectural practices carrying out one off residential surveys on one bedroom flats to the project management of multi-million pound developments with major contractors. 

As your Chartered Building Surveyors it is our aim to see that you get the right level of information in a language you understand. Always on hand for you and your solicitor with advice and clarification, we provide more than a survey we provide safe and steady assurance at a time when you are making big decisions on your home buying journey.

OUR SERVICES

We carry out and are well versed in all residential surveys

LEVEL 1 - Condition Surveys - These are similar to homebuyer reports but are typically used for properties that are in good condition and have been well maintained. They provide a basic assessment of the property's condition and highlight any areas that may need further investigation.

LEVEL 2 - Homebuyer Reports - These are suitable for properties that are in a reasonable condition and are intended for buyers who are looking for a basic assessment of the property's condition.

LEVEL 3 - Building Surveys - These are more comprehensive assessments that are suitable for properties that are older, larger, or in need of significant renovations. They provide a detailed report on the condition of the property and any potential defects or issues that may need to be addressed.
